London, Office Manager

Holly is the Office Manager in our London office. She's dedicated to orchestrating exceptional experiences for both our guests and the team at Creandum.

My first ever job was working in a flower shop on weekends for pocket money. I can still vividly recall the little brown envelope containing £30 cash on my inaugural payday. That day I learned that hard work is rewarded; I was so happy with my newfound financial independence that I made my first serious investment: two cola-flavoured Chupa Chups and a CD by some newcomers called The Spice Girls.

Since then I’ve worked in many different industries including hospitality, teaching, catering, and retail. In the latter I found that if you observe every angle of how a customer experience is shaped, you really learn to respect everyone’s contribution to the team.

Originally from the Midlands, I moved to London to seek out exciting work opportunities and I fell in love with the city. When Creandum offered me the opportunity to join the London office, I knew that this was the company I wanted to work for. I was instantly amazed by the kindness and genuine interest the people have for each other and the common mission to back the brightest entrepreneurs of today and tomorrow.
